Hello!

Paul Johnson, black and white
I provide professional and friendly publishing services at sensible prices: from small proofreading jobs to print-buying and design for brochures and magazines.
I have worked as a journalist, designer and trainer, and ran the magazine production department for the Institute of Physics Publishing for several years.
I have managed print projects for clients as diverse as the Royal Astronomical Society, HMV and Waterstone's, but retain a particular interest in working with clients in the science and technology field. My attention to detail seems particularly appreciated in this area.
I work as a freelance both from my home office in Bristol and in clients' offices, using QuarkXPress, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
For a taste of the style and variety of my work, see my portfolio.
